Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

THE PARK IS GOVERNED BY THE BYLAWS, A BOARD OF DIRECTORS, AND MANAGED PROFESSIONALLY.

THE PARK IS DESIGNATED FOR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES ONLY, INCLUDING MOTORHOMES, TRAVEL TRAILERS, 5TH WHEELS AND PARK MODELS.  PARK MODELS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.  RVs MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 25 FEET IN LENGTH, 15 YEARS OLD OR NEWER AND IN "LIKE-NEW" CONDITION.  NO TENTS, TENT TRAILERS, OR POPUP TRAILERS PERMITTED.

ALL LOTS HAVE BOTH 30 AND 50 AMP ELECTRIC, SEWER, WATER AND PHONE CONNECTIONS.

OWNERSHIP IS RESTRICTED TO MEMBERS 55 OR OLDER SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY THE BOARD.  EXCEPTIONS MAY BE MADE FOR PUCHASERS WHO WISH TO BUY BUT NOT OCCUPY THEIR LOT.

THE CLUBHOUSE AND ALL FACILITIES ARE FOR THE USE OF MEMBERS, MEMBERS GUESTS, RENTERS AND RENTERS' INVITED GUESTS.

YOU MAY  HAVE UP TO 2 MOTORIZED VEHICLES IN SECTIONS "D", AND 3 IN "E" AND "F" ON YOUR LOT SUBJECT TO PARK RULES.  A STORAGE LOT IS AVAILABLE.

YOU MAY HAVE A MAXIMUM OF TWO HOUSEHOLD PETS. THEY MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AND PICKED UP AFTER.

LANDSCAPING OF YOUR LOT IS WELCOMED SUBJECT TO ARCHITECTURAL RULES.  OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO PRESERVE THE NATURAL SONORAN DESERT SETTING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.  ROADS ARE NOT PAVED. NATIVE PLANTS AND TREES ARE REQUIRED TO CONSERVE WATER USE.
